Jam Start

November 1st, 7:00 PM (Brasília Time)

The themes are revealed, and you can start building your world.

Submission Deadline

December 9th, 11:59 PM (Brasília Time)

Make sure to submit your project on time to qualify!

Winner Announcement

After submissions close, the winners will be contacted and publicly announced on our social channels.

Rules

Conduct

Respecting mentors, the organizers and the other jammers is mandatory. Behavior deemed discriminatory based on gender, color, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, among others, will not be tolerated.

Prize Eligibility

At least one member of the team must be over 18 years old to be able to receive the prize.

Team Representation

Each team must choose a representative to submit the project. Only the submission made by the Team Representative will be considered. The Team Representative will be solely responsible for receiving any prize money awarded to the team, and it will be their obligation to distribute the prize among team members. The event organizers bear no responsibility for internal prize distribution within the team.

Platform and Submission

Only projects created using the Cubio engine, published on Cubio platform, and submitted through Cubio Hero Platform will be considered valid for entry into the Jam.

What is Cubio?

Who is developing the game?

Cubio is being developed by 01Studio, a video game company based in Quebec, Canada. Founded in 2017 by Dany Gervais and Sebastien Couture, known for popular titles like Citywars Tower Defense and a Canadian Minecraft server called Citywars Minecraft.

How can I gain access to Cubio?

Visit www.playcubio.com and complete the sign-up form. You will be sent an invitation code to your email shortly.

What are the selection criteria for the winners?

Submitted Worlds will be evaluated by an independent Cubio team.

How do I submit my World for the Jam?

Once your World is complete, submit it through the Cubio Hero Platform. This step helps us confirm that you own the project. Read the Game Jam Submission page carefully, then submit your project link in the form provided. You are only allowed to submit one World. If you did submit the wrong link by mistake or want to change it, please contact our support team.

Is there a fee to participate?

No, participation in the Cubio Game Jam is free.
